All coupons or gift certificates will have expiration date located on them unless stated otherwise, they’re good to use up to 6 months of purchase.

Session times will be listed when booking unless stated otherwise, their time limit you booked for your appointment, will be the time you receive. If you are late to a massage appointment you will receive remainder of time. If your more than 15 min late to body waxing or body treatment you will be asked to reschedule and charged 50%.

If you’re late to your massage you will receive remainder of time, if you’re late to your waxing or body treatment more than 15min you will need to reschedule and will be charged 50%. If your cancel or no show within 24hr you will be charged 100%.
